Our practice provides GP services a minimum of 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Our surgery door opening is on these days 8:00am to 6:00pm (on some days it is currently earlier than 8:00am and on Tuesday’s it is later).
- Our telephones are available 8:30pm to 6:00pm (we have an urgent number from 12 noon to 1:30pm)
- Our GP out of hours service to handle our calls from 8am to 8:30am and from 6:00pm to 6:30pm (this is available by contacting 111)
- The online consultation availability changed to 8am to 6:30pm in alignment with the new contract requirements. We accept administrative requests for the duration of this period. We also accept clinical/consultation requests for the duration of this period or until we have reached the maximum number of requests that enable us to a maintain safe service.

On the 3rd Tuesday every month all branches close from 12pm for staff education sessions. All practice staff in the North West attend staff training every 2 months. Dates are posted on our Facebook page and patient notice board.
